CareFirst | 2023–2024

In 2022, the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) introduced CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield (CareFirst) benefits to their non-career employees—approximately 50K individuals. USPS asked for a series of postcards leading to their 2023 benefits enrollment microsite while creating a distinct design incorporating CareFirst branding that USPS could own. We developed a solution inspired by one of USPS’s most popular products: Priority Packaging. In addition to embracing its various design elements, we integrated core verbiage into our work’s messaging. For 2024, a benefit “playbook” was created to serve as a high-level single source of wellness offerings for inclusion in member welcome kits.
