Last year, the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) introduced CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield (CareFirst) benefits to their non-career employees—approximately 50K individuals. USPS asked for a series of postcards leading to a benefits enrollment guide or microsite while creating a distinct design incorporating CareFirst branding that USPS could own. We developed a solution inspired by one of USPS’s most popular products: Priority Packaging. In addition to embracing its various design elements, we integrated core verbiage into our work’s messaging.
